UIM

NRSC conducts User Interaction Meet annually to apprise the users about the latest developments in satellite data products & services as well as the new applications and upcoming launches. This year, NRSC is co-hosting the event with NewSpace India Limited (NSIL), a Public Sector Undertaking (PSU) of the Government of India under Department of Space. The main objective of the meet is to convey to the Geospatial User Community the access to products and services from NRSC and NSIL, advise on future missions and sharing of user experiences.

Guidelines & Instructions

  1. The study should be novel, innovative and scientific/ technology oriented.
  2. Extended abstract should be of maximum 750 words and should cover problem statement/objectives, brief methodology, salient results and conclusions highlighting the significance of study, practical implications, limitations and future scope of work.
  3. The soft copy of the extended abstract should be submitted in MS Word format by email to nrsc_uim@nrsc.gov.in by February 3, 2026, as per the Abstract Template.
  4. The organizers, wherever needed, have the right to edit the extended abstract without changing the essence of the matter.

Accommodation

NRSC has identified and negotiated the tariff of Hotels and Service Apartments in the vicinity of the UIM venue. Transport arrangements will be made to pick-up the delegates at these places to those who give advance information. All the bills and expenditure need to be met by the delegates.
